Sometimes I think doing a phd is like being in a game show. You get an impossible task, you have to do it in no time. If you achieve 20 in 1000 of them, you get your phd...

Sometimes you also win with 0 points if you prove that the quizmaster is wrong. ;-) (http://www.ioff.de/archive/index.php/t-43635.html)

Happens also with a PhD thesis but less often, I guess.
